Aaron is one of the senior partners at …….., he joined the practice shortly after it was established in 2019. After completing his Architectural Technology degree in 2013 at Nottingham Trent University, Aaron stayed in the local area where he joined a small architecture practice in Lincoln as a junior technician. During the 3 years he worked with this practice Aaron became largely involved in the finance of the practice and towards the end of his time with the practice Aaron was running the finance at the practice.

In 2016 he joined a large practice in Birmingham, where he worked mainly with the finance of the company. During this time he worked on a number of small and large projects, ranging from a Passivhaus refurbishment of 3 bedroom house in the centre of Liverpool, to a large scale development of the Birmingham railway station.

Aaron left this position in 2019 to join up with his former course mates to form the Minimal Management practice. Here he works mainly in the finance of the company while still have a large input into the technical design of projects. With the rest of the team at the practice, Aaron continues to develop his skills and is constantly trying to challenge himself with new projects.
