Fehintola graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2013 after which she volunteered for a short period in Nigeria designing temporary housing for people affected by natural disaster. She then went on to work with Franklin Ellis Architect and partook in various project in the educational, residential and leisure sectors.

In 2016, she concluded her MArch degree in University of Nottingham and went on to work abroad with Smolenicky & Partner in Switzerland till 2018, during which time she led teams working on the Hotel Kurpark Engelberg Project, a competition for a new four-start hotel which adjoined a health-resort park, for which the firm won 1st price.

In 2018, Fehintola returned back to Nottingham and reunited with the other partners to set up the firm for the renovation of old buildings and maximisation of units per building. Projects are currently ongoing.
