Background
Since the launch of Minimal Management in 2018 it has had a strong financial base. In the company’s first 2 years we have managed to increase our small company to a partnership with strong foundations and realistic goals for future development. As finance manager for Minimal Management it is my goal to ensure that the company continues to expand and develop with our clients interests being key to our development. ​​​As a partnership we are currently in our second year of business and we are starting to see profit come into the practice. Over the financial year we have made a healthy profit of £670,000 which we plan to further incest into Minimal Management to insure that we continue to offer the best service possible to all our clients.

Cost of Modular Living
As our target market is young professionals and graduates it is important to insure the cost of the living units that we are designing are affordable; depending on the type of apartment and the size apartment the cost ranges from £13,000-£20,000 per unit. As a company Minimal Management has big plans for the future. Our successful business is constantly looking at ways to improve and expand, and by 2025 we look to expand from our Nottingham based practice to other major cities in the UK. We have projected a steady growth in the company and our Profit & Loss predictions for the next 5 years show a strong income. This profit will be invested into the company to help set up other practices across the UK and Europe. With all the capital (in forms of property and profit) we aim to attract investment to help with our development.
