Minimal Management is an architecture practice dedicated to minimalist residential design, architecture, concepts and technology. It focuses on converting old commercial and industrial buildings into compact live units.

In the last couple of years, one of the major problems of the rapidly growing population is the decreasing dwelling spaces. Based on this idea, we specialize in designing minimalist apartments, which maximally exploit the functionality of small spaces. We use these apartments as a method of refurbishing old unused and abandoned buildings.

Our office is one of our first projects. It turned into a symbol of our team's concepts. It is situated on the junction of Talbot street and Wollaton street. The building is 180 years old and has gone through a lot of functions over the years. The most recent one was a restaurant, however it burnt down and had since been abandoned. It is a shame to lose such buildings, which make the face of the city of Nottingham. So we refurbished the building and put our office within it. Therefore we kept the spirit of the building, and gave it a chance to continue its life.
