Interior Architecture and Design

37 square metre apartment

Project Area: 37 sqm

The design for this apartment is neat, elegant, simplistic, and, best of all, functional.
We tried to fit in a 37 square metre apartment a master bedroom and a guest bedroom for two, a dining space where one can seat 12 at a table and much more.

Hilary and Tony's loft

Project Area: 43 sqm

Hilary and Tony's Loft features a central cube that houses most of the storage and then has a bed on top.  We found it to be a great approach for places with tall ceilings, but small foot prints. A curtain can be drawn around the bed for added privacy. This apartment is just under 43 square metres and houses two people and their four legged friend.

British homage to Kate and William

Project Area: 10 sqm

The apartment is only 10 square metres, but packs in a small kitchenette, dining area and a area for socializing. The back couch somehow converts into a bed. The bold colors compensate for the lack of natural light.

Luke's tiny space

Project Area: 7 sqm

This is one of the smallest apartments we've had to design, at 7 square metres, it was a pretty extreme challenge! The place has a wardrobe, a small kitchenette and a couch that turns into a bed.

Curving lines apartment

This small apartment is an interesting layout, the white details make the small space seem much bigger especially with the large windows.  With a nice looking kitchen, daring accent cushions, color essentially denotes something you can interact with in the apartment; Whether it is turning a knob or sitting on a cushion.

The Cabin, France

Project Area: 55 sqm

The request was to realize the impossible : increase the living space without touching the structure, create 2bathrooms instead of the one existing, preserve the number of beds, 8 beds in 55m2, all while maintaining separate circultaions for each.

To maximise the rather tight and constricted space, we chose to inverse the way of seeing it. Rather than trying to fit the furniture into the apartment, we decided to fit the apartment into the furniture !

Hypernuit Offices

Area: 65.0 sqm

The project takes place on the ground floor of a building of flats, behind a large window looking out onto the Clignancourt street. The office space to create has a single orientation; it is a well-lit, plainly treated  volume with a  simple geometry.  The commission consisted in fitting-out an office space  including five identical desks, a common meeting room and shared facilities.

The refurbishment project had to reflect the dynamic and innovative spirit of the agency with a serene and contemporary space. It also had to include a maximum of shelving for storage, the creation of exhibition walls for the display of photography shows. The schedule for the building works  was very tight.
