Before co-establishing in 2019, Nicholas ran the Macclesfield office of one of the then leading Cheshire based architectural practices for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. Nicholas joined the practice in 2015 having just completing his Architectural Technology degree at Nottingham Trent and gaining a few important experimental years in practices across the UK. Prior to that, Nicholas had studied HND in Building Studies at South Cheshire College in Crewe. Nicholas quickly established himself as a strong designer with excellent project running ability and was soon promoted to an Associate position.
As his career has progressed, Nicholas's interest and expertise in renovation and technology has developed. He has been involved in the design and delivery of many complex mixed-use projects, including, Biddington Village a 12 2/3 bed apartment block in Newcastle, Newton lodge a 50 bed Nursing Home in London, an Industrial storage shed in Manchester for National rail engineering and a Factory renovated into award winning flats and apartments.

Nicholas joined partnership with colleagues from Nottingham Trent University forming a successful medium sized Architectural practice in 2019 based in Nottingham where he became senior of Technology and technical design. Along with his team and project running duties, Nicholas was also responsible at Board level for maintaining the company's high standards in Technology and Technical design and business practices.
